PaxxMOS

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

PaxxMOS is a personal and family operating system: one place for your household’s calendar, meals, money, health notes, documents, cars, home and more, run by AI agents led by Paxx. It is made by OwnerClone, Inc. (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers www.paxxmos.com, your @paxxpost.com email address, the List It browser extension and our text messages.

The short version: we don’t sell your information, we don’t show you ads, and we share it only with the services that run PaxxMOS for you. Health, money and children’s information get extra protection. You can delete your household at any time.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account: name, email, phone number (saved only after you confirm it with a texted code) and date of birth.
  • Your household: the people you add, their roles (adult or child), ages and the parts of PaxxMOS each one can use.
  • What you tell the agents: your chats with Paxx and the other agents, and the notes and preferences they remember so they can help you later.
  • Documents and photos you upload: for example bank statements, insurance policies, court and tax forms, driving records, receipts, cheques and recipe photos. The agents read them to fill in forms and answer questions.
  • Health information: medications, health notes and readings, your care circle, and Memory Call recordings, transcripts and summaries if you record a visit.
  • Home and cars: vehicles, drivers, home projects and your home location.
  • Things you sell with List It: item details and photos, and shipping addresses when you buy a label.

Information from services you choose to connect

  • Banks and cards, through Stripe Financial Connections: account names, balances and transactions. We can read them; we can’t move money.
  • Epic MyChart: medications, allergies, conditions and results, read once. We don’t keep the access key afterwards.
  • Kroger and eBay: what’s needed to build your grocery cart or manage your listings.
  • Schoology: your child’s classes and assignments.

Email sent to your @paxxpost.com address

If you forward marketplace email to your @paxxpost.com address, we keep the sender’s domain, the subject, a short AI summary and what we did with it (for example, marking an item sold). Before we act on a message we check that it really came from the marketplace. Mail from anyone else is not kept.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic log data such as IP address, browser and device type.
  • Location from your device, only on screens where you use it (such as directions) and only when your browser asks you and you allow it.
  • Whether someone in the household was recently on screen, so agents don’t interrupt at the wrong moment.
  • How much AI each request used, so we can bill usage fairly.

2. How we use it

  • To run PaxxMOS: answer your questions, fill in forms, plan meals, track money, organise documents and remind you of things.
  • To keep children safe (see Section 6).
  • To bill your subscription and usage.
  • To send you account messages, and texts you’ve agreed to.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it or “share” it for targeted advertising as California law defines those terms.

3. AI agents

Paxx and the other agents are AI. When you ask them something, the relevant parts of your information go to the AI provider that answers, along with your question. We send only what that request needs, and our providers process it to give us the answer. AI can be wrong: check anything important, especially money, legal and medical answers, before you rely on it.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run PaxxMOS for us, under contracts that limit how they use it:

Anthropic (Claude)
AI that powers Paxx and the other agents: chat, document reading, email summaries and the child-safety check.
OpenAI
Text-to-speech for some voices, and a backup AI model when a household’s usage balance runs out.
Cartesia
Speech: turning your voice into text and agent replies into voice.
Deepgram
Transcribing Memory Call recordings, such as a doctor visit you choose to record.
Voyage AI
Search indexes of your documents, photos and conversations, so Paxx can find them when you ask.
Perplexity
Web research you ask for, such as car, home-project or news questions.
Stripe
Billing, saved cards, and — only if you connect them — your bank and card accounts (Stripe Financial Connections).
Supabase
Our database, sign-in and file storage.
Vercel
Hosting and privacy-limited page analytics (see Section 9).
Cloudflare
Receiving email sent to your @paxxpost.com address.
Resend
Sending our emails to you, such as invites and account notices.
Telnyx, Twilio
Text messages, only with your consent.
Google Maps
Directions and places: the start, destination and route of a trip you plan.
Kroger, eBay
Only if you connect them: grocery carts (Kroger) and your marketplace listings (eBay).
Epic MyChart
Only if you connect it: a one-time read of your medications, allergies, conditions and results.
Schoology
Only if you connect it: your child’s classes and assignments.
Google (YouTube)
Only if you connect it: your YouTube subscriptions, so videos from channels you follow show in your River.
Pinterest
Only if you connect it: reading your boards, pins and account name to show them in Saved. Read-only — we never pin, change or delete anything on Pinterest. Disconnect any time.
Atoship
Shipping labels you buy for items you sell: sender and buyer addresses.
NHTSA
Looking up a vehicle by its VIN.

We may also share information:

  • Inside your household, as you set it up: for example, parents can see their children’s information.
  • With people you choose, such as members of a care circle you invite.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
  • If our company is sold or merged, in which case this policy keeps applying to your information.

Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Sharing in River

River is where you read news, videos and posts, and share with your circles. When you post or share something there:

  • It goes only to the circles you pick, or stays just with you. Members of those circles see it with your PaxxMOS name and anything you wrote. Your household’s Family circle is made automatically and includes everyone in the household, children too.
  • Shared links, without your name. If you share a link to a public web page (one that opens without signing in) and it passes our safety check, River may show that link (its title, picture and website) to other people in River who follow the same topics, labelled “Shared by someone in River.” It never shows your name, what you wrote, or which circles you shared it with. We keep a private record of who shared each link only to count shares and to honour your setting. This is on unless you turn off “Share my links with Paxx” in River; turning it off takes the links you shared back out.
  • Shared links and their previews are checked automatically for adult content before they post, and tagged by AI with topics and whether they’re suitable for children. Children see only shared links marked suitable for them.
  • You can Hide a shared link (just for you) or Report it. A report removes it from your River and tells our team; a link reported by three different people is removed for everyone. You can also leave any circle, and a circle’s owner can remove members and posts.
  • To fill your River, we search public news sites, Reddit, Bluesky and video sites for the topics you follow, using only the topic words — never your name or account.

5. Health and financial information

We treat health and money information as sensitive. It is used only to help you, shown only to the people in your household you allow, and never sold. Our page analytics never record which health page anyone opened (Section 9). PaxxMOS is not a healthcare provider and is not covered by HIPAA, and nothing in PaxxMOS is medical, legal or financial advice.

Bank connections are read-only. You can disconnect a bank at any time, and deleting your household disconnects all of them first.

6. Children

Children can use PaxxMOS only as part of a household set up by a parent or guardian. Before adding a child, the parent signs our Family Safety Agreement, which records their name and consent. Parents choose which agents and parts of PaxxMOS each child can use, and can see, change or delete their child’s information.

Children’s information is handled by the same providers listed in Section 4, only to run PaxxMOS for the family. We don’t advertise to children or sell their information.

To keep children safe, their conversations are checked automatically for signs of risk such as self-harm, bullying or sexual content. When something is found, we save a short excerpt and tell the parent. If a child discloses abuse, we may instead direct them to a child-abuse hotline and alert our team rather than the parent.

7. Text messages

We text you only if you agree to it, and we keep a record of exactly what you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.

8. How long we keep it, and deleting it

  • We keep your information while your household is active.
  • Memory Call audio recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days. Transcripts and summaries stay until you delete them.
  • Posts you share in River stay until you or the stream’s owner delete them. A shared link stays available to others only while someone who shared it keeps sharing turned on, and we stop showing it after two weeks. Reports are kept so we can review them.
  • If your subscription ends, your household’s information is archived, not deleted, so you can come back. Connected bank feeds are paused.
  • The household owner can delete the household at any time from Settings. This disconnects bank accounts and permanently deletes the household’s information.
  • If you change your @paxxpost.com address, the old one keeps working for 30 days and is never given to anyone else.
  • To delete your sign-in itself, or anything you can’t delete in the app, email us (Section 11).

Copies in our backups are removed as the backups age out.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. On PaxxMOS we strip anything from page addresses that could identify a session or visit, and the Memory, Care and Health pages are all reported only as “private,” so analytics never shows which of them you opened. We don’t use advertising cookies.

10. Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections. We never see or store your bank, MyChart, Kroger or eBay passwords: you sign in with them directly. Our servers check who you are and what your household lets you see before showing any household information. Email-triggered actions require the message to pass sender verification. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

11. Your choices and rights

You can see, correct or delete most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, or to stop texts, by emailing info@ownerclone.com with the subject “PaxxMOS privacy request.” We’ll confirm it’s you and answer within 30 days (45 days where California law allows). Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s law; we won’t treat you differently for using them.

12. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
