PaxxMOS

Terms of Service

Last updated October 11, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and OwnerClone, Inc. (“we,” “us”), the maker of PaxxMOS. They cover www.paxxmos.com, your @paxxpost.com email address, the List It browser extension and our text messages. By creating an account or using PaxxMOS, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Please read Section 13. It says disputes are settled by individual arbitration rather than in court or in a class action, and explains how to opt out.

1. Your account and household

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in to yourself.
  • The person who creates a household is its owner. The owner is responsible for the people they add, for what those people do in PaxxMOS, and for the household’s bill.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Children

Children may use PaxxMOS only as members of a household whose parent or guardian has signed our Family Safety Agreement. That agreement explains how children’s accounts work, the safety alerts parents receive, and how a child’s data is deleted. The parent stays responsible for their child’s use.

3. AI agents

  • Paxx and the other agents are AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • Nothing in PaxxMOS is medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and the agents are not doctors, lawyers or financial advisers.
  • You are responsible for anything you file, sign, send or submit, including court and financial forms the agents help you fill in. Read them before you use them.
  • Agents act for you only in the ways PaxxMOS shows you.

4. Services you connect

You can connect other services, such as your bank and cards (through Stripe), Kroger, eBay, MyChart and Schoology. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for what they do or for their outages. Bank connections are read-only. With List It, you post your own listings and are responsible for them and for following each marketplace’s rules.

5. Email and text messages

Your @paxxpost.com address is for your own lawful use. Don’t use it to send spam or to impersonate anyone. We may limit or suspend sending to protect the service. We text you only with your consent; reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Price and billing

  • Subscription: $5 a month for one person, or $4 a month for each person in a household of two or more, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Adding or removing a person changes the price from your next bill.
  • Usage: AI usage is charged on top, at the prices shown in Settings → Usage. Usage is shared by everyone in your household. You can buy a starting amount when you subscribe, and you choose an automatic reload amount ($10 minimum): your card is charged that amount whenever your balance runs low, up to the monthly limit you set. If you reach your limit, you can raise it or finish the month on a lighter model, whose cost is billed with your next month. You can turn automatic reload off.
  • Starter credit: each household’s first payment comes with $2 of usage at no charge, once. There is no free trial: your agents start working with your first payment.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel anytime. Your subscription ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don’t refund partial months or unused usage.
  • Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
  • OC Rewards points, where offered, can pay your bill as shown in the app.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use PaxxMOS to:

  • break the law, or harm, harass or threaten anyone;
  • upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that sexualizes a minor;
  • try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
  • use the agents or our services to build a competing product, or scrape them.

8. Your content

You own what you put into PaxxMOS. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run PaxxMOS for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using PaxxMOS at any time, and the household owner can delete the household from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or isn’t paid, and we’ll tell you when we do unless the law or safety prevents it. What happens to your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

PaxxMOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, OwnerClone, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not promise that PaxxMOS will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the agents’ answers will be correct.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, OwnerClone, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or savings, arising from PaxxMOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Some states don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you or the people you added used PaxxMOS in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Disputes

  • Talk to us first. Email info@ownerclone.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
  • Arbitration. If we can’t, the dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
  • No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.
  • Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing info@ownerclone.com within 30 days of creating your account, with “Arbitration opt-out” in the subject.
  • Law. Georgia law governs these terms, except where the law of your state must apply.

14. Changes and other terms

We’ll tell you in the app or by email before a material change to these terms takes effect; using PaxxMOS after that means you accept it. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the Privacy Policy and (for households with children) the Family Safety Agreement are the whole agreement between us about PaxxMOS.
